Jennifer is an Intellectual Property Lawyer specialising in trade marks. Jennifer works with clients to maintain, protect and build brands through trade mark ownership. She advises on brand protection, trade mark registrability and enforcement and acts in opposition and non-use proceedings before the Trade Marks Office. Jennifer also advises and represents clients in respect of broader trade mark prosecution issues including cyber squatting and domain name disputes, combating counterfeiting activities and general commercial matters related to intellectual property.
