Sharon Yu

Intellectual Property Lawyer / Patent Scientist

Sharon is an Intellectual Property Lawyer and currently in training to become a Registered Australian Trade Mark and Patent Attorney. Sharon mainly assists clients in obtaining trade mark registrations and patents in Australia and overseas, and has experience in drafting and reviewing general patent licensing agreements. Prior to joining Wallington-Dummer, Sharon worked at a Japanese intellectual property law firm for 4.5 years as a foreign attorney, becoming leader of the foreign trade marks team during her tenure.
