John Van Leeuwen

Senior Associate, Patent Attorney

John has some ten years of extensive experience specialising in the drafting and prosecution of both local and overseas patent applications. He has also been involved in patent oppositions and providing advise to clients on matters of patentability, validity and infringement.

John has particular expertise in the physical sciences having spent years in process and product research and development, design of automation systems and special purpose machines, as well as involvement in aspects of the building industry.

John is a Fellow of the Institute of Patent and Trade Mark Attorneys of Australia and a member of the Intellectual Property Society of Australia and New Zealand.
